Shipping, Returns and Care Info
All jewelry is mailed in a hand-stamped craft jewelry box or muslin pouch and ready for gift giving. Each item is made by hand to order and is processed in the order in which it it is received. As each piece is handmade, orders can take up to 3 weeks to ship. Your patience is always appreciated. All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with Tracking. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail. USPS estimates that international orders will arrive in 6-10 business days, but orders can sometimes be delayed for 3-4 weeks by customs. International buyers are responsible for paying any import fees or tariffs levied by their country.
We want you to be happy with your purchase! We inspect all items carefully before we ship. We will be glad to accept a return or exchange if an item shows up to you broken or defective. If this is the case, please let us know within 5 days of receiving your purchase. Buyer pays return shipping.
We're sorry that we cannot accept returns on orders simply because an item isn't what you expected. Each item is made to order especially for you! We try our best to take great photos and give accurate descriptions of our products. The nature of working with raw stones and crystals means that no two stones are exactly alike, therefore they may vary from the photos.
No Refunds are Given.
Sale or customized items are non returnable/eligible for exchange. In the event of an exchange/credit, the customer is responsible for shipping costs (delivery confirmation, etc) involved in the returning of the item. Item must be sent back with it's original packaging and with receipt of purchase. Items returned/exchanged without prior notification will not be accepted and be returned to sender.
Should you have any questions, please ask before you purchase!
Due to the nature of handmade jewelry and the use of vintage materials and natural stones, Dea Dia jewelry is fragile and should be handled with the utmost of care. Please avoid showering, bathing or swimming while wearing your jewelry. Since most of our metal is raw, untreated brass, bronze and copper it will develop a patina over time. We believe that patina adds to the unique character of the jewelry. However, if you wish to remove the patina you can clean jewelry with a polishing cloth or by applying ketchup directly to the metal for a few minutes and wiping clean with a dry cloth.
Repairs are accepted. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss.
